Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, I only ship to customers in the United States.


Q: What’s the difference in New and Loose figures?

A: New figures have never been opened and are in their original packaging.  Please pay attention to the pictures for any dents, bends, etc in the card.  Loose figures are no longer in their package and may not be in perfect condition, so please look carefully at the pictures.  The pictures on the site are of the figure you will receive and I have tried to show any flaws they may have.


Q: How do I pay for the figures?

A: Once you add items to your cart and checkout, you will be given the option to pay using PayPal or a credit card.

 


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 10 days for a refund. Only the cost of the figure will be refunded.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. You must pay for shipping to return the product. The item must be in the same condition that it was in at the time it was sent to you.


Q: How long will it take to receive the figures?

A:  First class mail will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.  Priority mail will usually arrive within 2-3 business days.


Q: Are your prices final?

A: I’m willing to negotiate, especially on large orders.


Q: Would you be willing to trade?

A: I am willing to trade for the items on my wants list, however, I will not send first.


Q: What condition is it in?

A: Most items are in good condition.  If I notice a problem with them, I try to show it in pictures or note it in the description so there won’t be any surprises.  Please pay close attention to the pictures before you buy.


Q: Will you reserve something for me until I can pay?

A:  Items will not be reserved until they are paid for.
