Q: What’s the difference in MOC and Loose figures?

A: MOC (Mint On Card) figures have never been opened and are in their original packaging.  Loose figures are no longer in their package and may not be in perfect condition, so please look carefully at the pictures.  The pictures on the site are of the figure you will receive and I have tried to show any flaws they may have.


Q: How do I pay for the figures?

A: You can pay by PayPal, Google Wallet, money order, check, or cash.
PayPal: To avoid fees, you must pay using the friends and family option.  If you want to use the goods or services option for buyer protection, you will be responsible for the PayPal fees, which I will have to calculate and add onto your total.
Checks: I will have to wait 10 business days for your check to clear before shipping items.
Cash: You send cash at your own risk.  Please wrap it in thick paper to hide it in the envelope.

When sending your payment, please be sure to include a note containing the following:

Your Name
E-mail address
Mailing Address
Description of the figures you ordered (Name, Series, MOC or loose, etc.)


Q: How much is shipping?

A: Please fill out one of the contact forms on the website with a list of the items you want and your zip code.  I will provide you with a shipping quote.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 10 days for a refund. Only the cost of the figure will be refunded.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. You must pay for shipping to return the product. The item must be in the same condition that it was in at the time it was sent to you.


Q: How long will it take to receive the figures?

A:  I  send first class or priority mail so most figures will be received within 3-5 business days.


Q: Are your prices final?

A: I’m willing to negotiate, especially on large orders.


Q: Would you be willing to trade?

A: I am willing to trade for the items on my wants list, however, I will not send first.


Q: What condition is it in?

A: Most items are in good condition.  If I notice a problem with them, I try to show it in pictures or note it in the description so there won’t be any surprises.


Q: Will you reserve something for me until I can pay?

A:  Items will not be reserved until they are paid for.
