Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we are currently only shipping within the United States.


Q: What’s the difference in New and Loose figures?

A: New figures have never been opened and are in their original packaging.  Please pay attention to the pictures for any dents, bends, etc in the card.  Loose figures are no longer in their package and may not be in perfect condition, so please look carefully at the pictures.  In most cases, the pictures shown here are of the exact item you will receive and we have tried to show any flaws they may have.


Q: How do I pay for the figures?

A: Once you add items to your cart and checkout, you will be given all payment options.  Credit card and PayPal should always be an option, but others are also available.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 7 days for a refund. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Only the cost of the item will be refunded and it must be in the same condition that it was in at the time it was sent to you.


Q: How long will it take to receive the figures?

A:  Ground Advantage mail will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.  Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 business days.


Q: Are your prices final?

A:  Yes, we strive to maintain fair and low prices for our customers so what you see on the site is the current price.


Q: Would you be willing to trade?

A: Possibly for items on our Wants List.  Just fill out this form to make us an offer.


Q: What condition is it in?

A: Most items are in good condition.  If we notice a problem, we will try to show it in pictures and/or note it in the description so there won’t be any surprises.


Q: Will you reserve something for me until I can pay?

A:  We cannot reserve items.  Please come back to order them when you are ready to purchase.
