WrestleStuff Automation is a private automation system operated by WrestleStuff.com.

Google User Data Access

WrestleStuff Automation may access Google account data required to perform its configured automation tasks. This may include Gmail message data and Google Sheets data.

The automation uses Gmail data to identify and process sales-related notification emails, including notifications from online marketplaces such as Mercari and Vinted.

Relevant sales information may be organized and recorded in Google Sheets for private recordkeeping purposes.

How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data is used only to provide the functionality of the WrestleStuff Automation system.

Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, credit decisions, or artificial intelligence or machine-learning model training.

Data Storage and Retention

The automation runs on privately controlled systems.

Information processed by the automation may be retained in workflow execution records and in Google Sheets used for sales recordkeeping. Data is retained only as needed for the purposes described in this policy and may be deleted when it is no longer needed.

Data Sharing

WrestleStuff Automation does not sell Google user data.

Google user data is not provided to data brokers, advertising networks, or other third parties except when necessary for the operation of the services explicitly used by the automation or when required by law.

Data Deletion

Because WrestleStuff Automation is a private system used only by its owner, Google account access may be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions settings.

Stored automation data may also be deleted from the private automation system and associated Google Sheets.

Google API Services User Data Policy

WrestleStuff Automation’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the functionality of WrestleStuff Automation or its use of Google user data changes.
